Please note that courier shipping prices are for UK MAINLAND only, it does not include Highlands, Northern Ireland , Channel Islands, Guernsey or non mainland UK destinations, please ask before purchasing and we will let you know the cost of shipping – it should be no more than £25.00. Items shipped by Royal Mail are the same for all UK locations. We aim to ship all items within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.

 

We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of the item on Buy It Now items please test immediately on receipt. In the unlikely event the item reaches you broken or damaged (unless it is stated UNTESTED or sold with a fault) we will need you to contact us and we will let you know how to send the item back to us for testing. You will need to pay for the return shipping once it has been received and we confirm it is faulty we will let you know how to proceed and please obtain proof of posting.

For items lost or damage in post we will refund you once we have spoken to you or replied to your email confirming the damage. We obtain proof of posting on all our deliveries.
