All records had only one owner who had a big collection and took great care of her records through the years.
I have VISUALLY graded them to the best of my abilities using Goldmine visual standards.
I will play test any 33 or 45 upon request (my 78 player is being repaired)
Anything before 1980 seems to have some small amount of age discoloration and shelf wear on the covers and some very minor surface marks from play. Some just need to be cleaned. I will do my best to point out why I grade something lower than VG+
I do not use Mint unless it is a modern brand new record from the store and use NM only for sealed and unplayed records.
