AMY S. WELKER -- "Memorial To Lt. Joe" -- hard to find, original late 1960s (??) U.S. album.  Strangely touching Outsider Music / Folk Art-style Private Press LP recorded by grieving mother Amy S. Welker in honor of her son, Lt. Joe Welker, apparently killed in Vietnam.  (Note that Amy Welker's private address label is taped to the back cover!)  Cover art of open Bible, tiny American flags and album title is worth price of admission alone.  Actual music on LP is Xian Easy Listening-style instrumentals on piano, organ and celeste.  On the much-loved Century Records private press label.  See photos for track list.  Cover:  VG++, still in shrink wrap, small pieces of tape at opening edge.  Record:  VG, light surface wear, vinyl very clean but light surface noise (possibly from quality of original press); on Century label, U.S. press.
