This is the picture disc LP of Tobacco's L.A. UTI. It's listed as a companion to his Maniac Meat album, with new and remixed songs, and limited to 1,000 copies.
The clear sleeve is in good shape with no seam splits, but it does have some curling of the bottom corners. There is also some sleeve wear from being filed with other records. I have played this record probably 5 times. It's pretty terrific, and it still sounds as great as a picture disc can sound.
