I’ve had a bit of trouble with a return recently-I need to be clear that, if for any reason a buyer needs to return an item, the buyer pays the return postage, not me, otherwise I get stung for the original postage AND 2 or 3 times that if it’s returned from abroad. I try to be as clear as possible about the condition of an item, please take time to read the item description closely. 

The photograph or scan  is the actual item. I avoid the e-bay stock photo system, as this doesn't represent the actual item for auction

All descriptions of goods are made in good faith and the pictures are as accurate as I can make them. However opinions may differ, and I do not claim to be an expert on the formal grading of items, so please e-mail me any questions before bidding.

Unless explicitly stated, there is no “Buy it now” price 

If you win an auction and are a non UK resident please don’t be anxious if I don’t invoice immediately- it usually takes me a while to figure out the postage-

Items are very carefully packed and posted/shipped by the cheapest method, unless requested otherwise.

Apologies but due to recurrent problems I no longer  send items to Italy unless international signed for postage is paid for -

Please do not pay me via PayPal  e-cheques, as this service

usually take 11 days (!!) before PayPal actually pay them.

Outside the UK the only method of payment is paypal. If you are outside the UK and unable to pay by pay pal, please do not bid. 

Should you win, I expect to be contacted within 3 days of the auction end.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any items lost by the postal systems used, therefore proof of posting is obtained for every item sent.

I would recommend items exceeding £34 that the purchaser asks for insured delivery methods.

Will accept payment through paypal and personal cheque, although I'll wait until the cheque has cleared before posting

full money back guarantee is offered if not completely satisfied, but if you submit money to me, paypal will deduct their percentage from the payment and I can only return what I actually receive.  any refund shall be calculated with the paypal fees taken out.
