COMBINE SHIPPING

4 Albums Ship for $4, Up to 20 Albums ship for $6 (US Media Mail Only.  In this deal, multi-record albums and LP Lots count as single albums.  This shipping discount will not be applied automatically - click 'buy it now' for the albums and request a combined invoice, or pay the full invoice with shipping and we'll refund the overpaid shipping when the albums are mailed.).

FREE SHIPPING for Orders Over $50 (US Media Mail Only.)  Order $50.00 or more (in records, not including shipping costs) and I’ll ship them Media Mail at no charge.

MAKE AN OFFER

If you want numerous items, make a reasonable offer and I’ll consider bundling a custom Lot with a ‘buy-it-now’ option (including negotiable shipping charge.)  The worst that can happen is I say "no, thanks."  More likely I’ll make a counter-offer, and we can go from there.  When making an offer: please send a list of the album artists/titles and prices as listed in the store so I can easily calculate the difference without a long scavenger-hunt.  HINT - I don't accept offers of half or less of the item cost.  20% or even 30% off is a good place to start.

GRADING

Albums are Visually Graded, Record, then Cover, followed by any specific notes, modifying the grading description.  If you have questions beyond the description given, please ask.  PLEASE REMEMBER these are records, not mp3's - even a record that looks perfect may have some noise, even skips, that's part of the vinyl experience.

Mint (M) All-around perfect, no signs of use.

Near Mint (NM or M-) Nearly perfect.  Record has barely been played, if ever.  Cover has no creases, seam splits or other defects.

Very Good Plus (VG+) Record has been played but well cared for.  Vinyl may show slight scuffs or light scratches but should not skip.  Label may show ring-wear or discoloration.  Cover may show slight wear, minor creases and/or writing.

Very Good (VG) Record has been played a lot (but not played to death), has scuffs and scratches.  Label and cover show signs of wear, may have writing, tape/stickers, seam-wear.  Pretty standard “used record.”

Good (G), Good Plus (G+) Record shows significant signs of wear, but still playable (with some snap-crackle-pop and possible skips.)  Cover may have creases, seam splits, writing, tape/stickers, moisture damage.

Poor (P), Fair (F) Record is cracked, badly warped, toddlerized, may have been used in a game of ultimate frisbee.  Cover is badly damaged, has split seams, heavily marked, water damage...this item is not just used, it's been USED UP.

Flash! – my camera flash usually shows up in these images (no, my albums don’t all have white splotches on them.)

SHIPPING / PAYMENT

Shipping - I love getting records in the mail, and I can't stand it when they're badly packed.  My packing policy is “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”  I believe a cover exists to protect the vinyl, so I ship the record in the cover unless you specify otherwise.  I usually ship within 24 hours.  Expedited shipping is not a problem, but obviously that will change the shipping cost.  Please note that Media Mail items don’t always get handled so gently en route, so please consider insurance.  Add a dollar or two to shipping and I’ll add extra cardboard or another record to strengthen the packaging.

International Shipping – I’ll ship to any country, but please ask for the shipping cost before bidding/buying.  I don't charge much more than the actual shipping cost.  The "tracking number" for a first class international package only tracks the item to the edge of the US, and I can't take responsibility for records getting lost in the mail after that.  If you want international tracking, that will be an extra shipping charge.

Payment – I expect payment promptly.  A record sells – you’re excited, I’m excited (to spend the money on more records).  Don’t leave me in suspense for five days about whether or not you’re actually going to pay for it.  If you have not paid for your item within seven days (or contacted me to make an arrangement) I will report you to ebay and re-list the item.  As some other seller once said: “Dead-Beet Bidder!!!  Do Not Waist My Time!!!”
