CDs, DVDs, 7'' Singles
EU: 2.50 pounds for the first item and 2.00 pounds for each item thereafter.
Rest Of The World: 4.50 pounds for the first item and 2.00 pounds for each item thereafter.

Vinyl LP and 12'' Singles
EU: 6.50 pounds for the first item and 3.00 pounds for each item thereafter.
Rest Of The World: 10.50 pounds for the first item and 3.00 pounds for each item thereafter.

You will pay a maximum of 25 pounds shipping for all orders to Europe and the Rest Of The World.
This includes insurance up to 500 euro and track & trace by DHL.


Delivery

Confirmation will be sent once your item has been dispatched. Please check the order details for the delivery estimate for your item. If your item hasn't arrived by the delivery estimate please let us know. Buy with confidence it is rare there is a problem but if there is we will work quickly to resolve it.

Sealed / Unsealed

All of our 'On Order' stock is brand new, sourced directly from EU record companies and will be delivered to you exactly as supplied to us. It is very common for EU record companies to supply CDs and DVDs that are not sealed or shrink wrapped.


Damaged Items

It your item is faulty or has become damaged in the post please email us for details of how to return the item for a replacement or refund.


Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned well packaged and in the same condition as received. We will refund the purchase cost (postage costs will only be refunded if the item recieved is not as described).
