All records had only one owner who had a big collection and took great care of her records through the years.
I have VISUALLY graded them to the best of my abilities.
Anything before 1980 seems to have some amount of age discoloration and shelf wear on the covers and some very minor surface marks from play. Some just need to be cleaned.
I do not use Mint and use NM only for sealed and unplayed records.
