Rare BEATLES WHITE ALBUM Vinyl LP Chinese-Taiwan “First Record” 1969
Vinyl 2 record LP of The Beatles White Album. Vinyl: EX / Sleeve: VG
“First Record” was a record company making records for U.S. military stationed in Taiwan. These albums were never imported to the U.S. The one's that exist were smuggled in by returning U.S. military.
The printers of the album cover misspelled Beatles without the “T.” The cover reads, “BEALES.” The “First Label” information is written in both English and Chinese.
The album paper was printed on the back of older albums. The company used the blank back sides of Marlin Brando 'The Chase" soundtrack and a Jimi Roselli album to print the Beatles information. The Beatles White Album lyrics are printed in English on the interior sleeve.
The sleeve is made from thin paper covered in a thin plastic. Much more delicate than a cardboard sleeve. There are a few holes and tears in the plastic. The paper is all intact with a few small tears but no major damage.
