You are bidding on a 2009 special Limited Edition (of 4000) re-mastered re-issue of Nirvana's classic MTV Unplugged in New York City 1994 release on 180g red vinyl.  This session was recorded at Sony Studios in New York City November 18, 1993 and originally released November 1, 1994.  Upon initial release, the offering debuted at number 1 at Billboard.
According to the notes on the re-issue sticker:  "Nirvana's acoustic performance is arguably one of the most important and powerful live recordings ever produced in popular music by this generation or any other."
