Only played a couple of times as I have the songs on my laptop too. In good condition but with wear to sleeve (which you can only see if you hold the sleeve at a certain angle) and minor wear on corners as well as cracking on spine. Please see photos. In the first photo you can see some white marks above the title and at the middle. Please note that not all the wear to cover of sleeve would photograph.

This 7" double single is difficult to get hold of nowadays and was limited to 500 copies. Will be posted in an LP envelope.
