"Cake" Wichard, Hollywood 657, "Boogie Woogie Basement." Even though this record features both Jay McShann and Pee Wee Crayton (in 1948), it is also VERY cool because of the sticker ... from the home of Ora Nelle Records on Maxwell Street. (It was a tiny record store and TV repair place with a disc-cutter in back, where Little Walter, Johnny Young, etc. made their recording debut for the owners' tiny Ora Nelle label. It was also on this site that Muddy Waters bought a copy of his first hit record on Aristocrat ... for a jacked up amount. The record was selling so well, he had to pay close to a dollar instead of  79 cents.) A great slice of history here. V+. Opening bid of $14.99.
