Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If your CD Case or CD is damaged when you opened the package send us an email stating it was damaged when opened. Follow instructions on the hassle free returns link located on your order details page. Place the label on the same envelope covering the old label, tape close and send through USPS. To receive a refund CD must be unopened and within 14 days of purchase.
