I'm not a record collector but from my limited knowledge of the grading standard the sleeve and album would be about a VG+. On the die cut part of the cover there is some bending, which can be seen in the 4th and 5th photos. There is some wear on the edges. On the record itself there are some minor scratches that can be seen but can't be felt. It appears what may be unique is that it includes The Hawkwind Log. That is in very good condition except for the crease on the cover page in the lower right hand corner - see photo 9. The Hawkwind Log alone has sold for over $20 so I figured that's where I'll start the auction price.
