Additional condition comments

Gatefold sleeve both inside and in excellent condition with only slight discolouration to the cream area of the sleeve. The spine of the sleeve is in excellent condition with only the very slightest wear to the top and bottom (see images). Records show some signs of being played over the previous 45 years with a few light cosmetic marks but otherwise remains an excellent copy. We have played the record and the sound quality is excellent, very little noise, if any in the quite sections of the record. Also has a as new sheen to the vinyl. There are no scratches (clicking) on the record whatsoever.

Our Vinyl is visually inspected under strong light for marks and imperfections. Any found are described in the additional condition section above or as per the Rare Record Collector grading system. Every one of our records has been tested by ourselves and has been machine cleaned prior to testing. Each record comes with a free an anti static cleaning cloth that is not available in the UK.

Keep an eye on Bay for rare and sought after vinyl from 78’s to Promos. If you have any questions or queries please email us and we will be happy to answer.

Grading system

Mint (M): Perfect: This record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains.

Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear to the edges of the sleeve and or creasing.

Very Good (VG):The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the sleeve and extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.

The Description

We make every effort to describe items accurately, and do not set out to deliberately mislead. We are only human; sometimes we get things wrong. Please bear in mind that subjective opinions can differ from one person to another, and we describe items in good faith as we personally see them. Your opinion may differ; this does not make either of us wrong, it just means that we differ. If we have made a genuine mistake then we will always do something about it.

No time wasters please

If you do not pay within 7 days or make arrangements to delay payment, an unpaid item case will be opened & you will be blocked from buying from us again. We also reserve the right to make a complaint to eBay about your conduct. A little communication costs absolutely nothing. We are quite happy to wait for bidding on other items to conclude, but you must tell us if that is what is happening. If you are still bidding please do not pay for anything until you have finished, and we have worked out the combined p&p price. This is important as it costs more in fees if items are paid for individually.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted for auction items unless there has been an error in the listing by us. Returns are at buyers cost unless there has been an error in the listing. Any items for return must be advised within 14 days and must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were when dispatched. If any attempt has been made to modify or repair the item without authorisation then the return will not be accepted.

Feedback

Please contact us before leaving low DSR marks, no one wants them and we certainly do not set out to achieve them. We are all human and we all make mistakes from time to time, however we cannot rectify any mistake if we do not know about them. If there is a problem please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

If you are happy with our service and item/items you have purchased please add us to your favourites list.
