Hello and welcome to this auction for an ULTRA RARE 'Beatles For Sale 12" 1968 stereo Parlophone pressing' in overall EXCELLENT+/NEAR MINT- condition!

This pressing features the misprinting of 'Loser', here spelt 'Losser'. This came around in 1968 during the 2nd stereo pressing of Beatles For Sale. If you're looking at this, then you know what it is...you know they show up once in a blue moon - especially in this amazing condition!!

Here is the EXACT SAME RECORD being sold in 2008 - http://www.popsike.com/Beatles-For-Sale-UK-IM-A-LOSSER-Misspelt-YB-Label/110246692658.html

The mother stampers are exactly the same...check out the little black mark in the 'N' of the yellow Parlophone...or the little black mark at the bottom of the 'A' in Parlophone...it is literally the EXACT same record!! Even when the seller talks about the "small bend towards the lower right corner" of the front of the outer sleeve - it's identical!!

Hopefully you can now see why I have put this up for such a high price! This could be the BEST EVER version of this pressing - a final upgrade??? Please don't be put off by the high price - make me ANY offer!!

VINYL:-

Visual:

Side 1 - faintest of hairlines are visible under a strong halogen light, but they're difficult to find and I only found a couple of really small ones...this is a STUNNING copy!! No feelable marks whatsoever! One of the best discs I have EVER seen!! I must rate it at NEAR MINT!! Label is NEAR MINT! Side 2 - same as Side 1! STUNNING!

Audio:

The audio is currently rated as NEAR MINT-!!! I have played this record the entire way through and can confirm that there are NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS on my system!! Background noise is kept to a minimum - so much clarity!! Even in-between tracks, there is barely any nasty audible noises, crackles or pops! The audio is very punchy, crisp and LOUD! Cannot really fault it, 100% the best copy I have ever heard! The highs sparkle and the lows punch through the mix perfectly. Such a fantastic early Beatles stereo mix!! Lies extremely flat and plays extremely well!!

Original EMI sepia advertising inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT condition! NO SPLITS, NO TEARS, NO WRITING and NO RIPS!! Slightest of creases here and there with a bit of ringwear and slight discolouration but all in all, a great inner sleeve!

The original 1968 STEREO flipback sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition!! Just look at that spine!!! 100% readable, nice and square with a very slight backwards fold and a pinch but it looks amazing! There is a crease to the lower right corner but nothing too serious! A very crisp outer sleeve indeed! The rear of the sleeve just has some light edgewear and laminate creasing. There is also a very small mark on the bottom of the bottom spine but hardly noticeable and not a split! The inner gatefold is superbly clean with very tight, intact and clean flipbacks! NO WRITING, NO RIPS, NO TEARS and NO GRAFFITI!! PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!!

Overall, an amazing pressing that is probably going to be impossible to better!! DO NOT MISS OUT!!!
