INDIAN SUMMER - S/T - NEON NE 3 - UK PRESSING
Ultra Rare album from short lived Psych. / Prog. outfit. Produced by the legendary Rodger Bain of Sabbath fame. Matrix run outs read A-side / B-side ZGBS 0491-3, ZGBS 0492-3
CONDITION:
Record: VG+ - There was No inner sleeve present when I purchased it from a customer a few years back. So I have VPI cleaned the lp and put it in a MOFI sleeve. There are some light wispy lines but they do not affect playback. I have listened to this record about three times in as many years. Enjoy!
Label: EX - No signs of mishandling, No Punch Outs, No Writing, No Tears.
Sleeve: EX = Just some signs of shelf wear. The gatefold shows well and the inner is clean. There is a couple of raised areas above the bands head where the cover might have drawn some humidity at one point. The gatefold still lays flat and is not a big deal, just worth mentioning. , Vibrant Color, No seam splits, No Writing, Very Minor touch of Ring Wear on the top, backside of cover, No Cut-outs, No Punch holes. The clean spine is legible and easy to read. The gatefold cover is fully intact.
GRADING SYSTEM:
Mint = Only reserved for Sealed records or store stock new 45s. 10/10 Top Copies
Near Mint = The record may have been played once or twice on good equipment. Near Mint vinyl should sound and look New when dust is cleaned off and the records played with a properly aligned cartridge and good needle. A Near Mint cover should be one that either looks new or still has the shrink wrap on it. Near Mint is usually reserved for record collectors that don't mind spending premium in order to get the best quality copy of a recording. 9 out of 10
Excellent = 8 out of 10 A record should have maybe one blemish such as fingernail or scuff on the surface that does not affect play. It should be viewed as Near Mint to most collectors, but for the super picky collector such as myself that check them with a 100 watt light bulb before it ever gets played, it is viewed as 8/10.
Very Good ++ = 7 Out of 10. A VG++ record may have a few blemishes on each side and will still play quiet and with High Fidelity.
Very Good + = VG+ is a grade that I use for most lps that have been played a handful of times with care. It may have scratches (should not be feel-able with finger) that DO NOT affect play or some sleeve scuffs from being pulled and played. When put on your record platter a VG+ record should sound great. There should not be overwhelming background noise (when properly cleaned). Pops and Skips from deep scratches are unacceptable. You should be able to listen to a VG+ record time and time again without listener fatigue. Viewed as a 6 out of 10
Very Good = A VG record has been played numerous times. They still have lots of life.. These are usually party records that were stacked on top of each other instead of being returned to the sleeve. These may play with background noise but will not hurt your needle. Don't be afraid of surface scratches, your stylus takes a worse beating every time it crosses those matrix numbers in the trail off. 5 out of 10. A minus will signify a 4 out of 10.
***PAYMENT - Please pay within 7 days***
Because of the high volume of records we deal in. I ask that customers pay within one week of win or buy it now. Otherwise, the transaction is viewed as a "Change Of Mind" and I will sell it at a different venue. I don't get into the whole negative thing. That will not happen, I simply won't leave feedback. If for some reason you need more time, please let us know. We will work with anyone. I accept Paypal or Email me if you need another option.
