Original UK Press 1960 Pale Blue & Silver webbed SAX 2507 of the KROLL QUARTET in Tchaikovsky & Prokofiev 1st Quartets. This is a nice mature ensemble with a fine tone, they give stellar readings of these two Russian masterpieces, it is a little like hearing the Hollywood s/q in Stereo for the first time. Original Issue. Sleeve looks a little thumbed. Very Good to Excellent condition, no feelable marks, most clicks stay in the background. I was able to enjoy the performances without distraction, so it seems fair to call the play grade very good to excellent
