One of the leading pioneers of the early British psychedelic boom (along with Pink Floyd and Soft Machine),  the short-lived Tomorrow featured an iconic line-up of soon-to-be famous musicians, including future Yes guitarist Steve Howe, oddball drummer Twink (aka John Adler), vocalist Keith West, keyboardist Mark Wirtz and bassist John Wood.

 

Their only album from 1968 dives straight-ahead into trippy pop and multicoloured psychedelia, boasting catchy nuggets like 'My White Bicycle', the jocular 'Colonel Brown', the deceptively-complex 'Real Life Permanent Dream' and the excellent, rocked-up version of The Beatles seminal 'Strawberry Fields'.
