this is one of the RAREST and certainly the most sought-after entry in this series.
It's very hard to find one in such great condition as this, record wise, which is in mint condition. The cover is lightly blemished and is the only thing wrong with it....so sleeve / book in very good condition. Comes from a private collection and a smoke free home!
