 LP RECORD ALBUM FEATURING HEART TITLED "DREAMBOAT ANNIE" IN EXCELLENT Condition on Mushroom Record label #MRS-5005 The record was sound tested on a Denon Turntable with Diamond Stylus, Denon Receiver and Definitive Speakers and played well. Some light surface scratches/sleeve scuffs that doesn't affect play. Minimal surface noise, nothing significant. Labels are clean and neat.

The Gatefold Cover is rated Excellent with minor shelf wear, crimping and light bumping along the edges and spine. Light ring wear on the cover. Comes with original inner sleeve.
