MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:

1.)  We ship to your eBay or PayPal address.  Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay.  We cannot change address once order is confirmed.  We only ship to confirmed addresses.

2.)  Items will be shipped within 1 business day after receiving payment (excluding holidays).  We process orders seven (7) days a week (excluding holidays).  Delivery time depends on destination and other factors.  Your package will arrive in a timely fashion, however, we have no control over the delivery speed due to postal volume or postal errors – especially during the holiday season.   

3.)  BEST OFFERS:  If the listing offers it – we are always open to “Best Offers”.  We will consider any reasonable offer.  Please keep in mind that we are a business – a family owned and operated business.  We will not consider offers of 50% or more below the “purchase now” price.   

4.)  Auctions:  The winning buyer is expected to pay for the item within 48 hours of the auction closing.

8.)  For items that do have a return policy:  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Returns are ONLY accepted on UNOPENED merchandise and in the original condition with ALL tags and/or stickers  ATTACHED.  Please note that we do take several photos of all orders as they are processed and packaged and readied for shipment for future reference.  Only the amount of the actual item will be refunded – not the original shipping costs.  Restocking fee of 20% will apply to all undamaged & non-defective merchandise.  To qualify for a full refund you must return an item in the same condition, with all packaging materials you received with it and in original shipping box. With damaged or defective returns you must contact me within Two (2) days of receiving the item. Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of initial contact regarding defective/damaged item. No shipping costs will be refunded, only original purchase price.  If the item was shipped for free then all costs of the original shipping will be deducted from refund.  By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to these terms.
