Very cool and hard-to-find progressive / psych various artists compilation. This is Picnic - a breath of fresh air - on the Harvest Records label SHSS 1 & SHSS 2. Artists include: Deep Purple, Barclay James Harvest, Pink Floyd, The Battered Ornaments, Shirley and Dolly Collins, Pretty Things, Roy Harper, Bakerloo, Kevin Ayers, The Greatest Show on Earth, Third Ear Band, Syd Barrett, Forest, Pete Brown and Piblokto, Panama Limited, Quatermass, Michael Chapman, Tea and Symphony, Edgar Broughton Band. Original 1970 UK 1st pressing on Harvest with no EMI logo on label. 2LP set in nice condition. Both discs look to be about VG+ generally and should play nicely. Scattered light surface marks but nothing that looks deep or troublesome. All four labels are nice and clean. Nice overall. Comes in original laminated gatefold sleeve in nice shape with light shelfwear. See pics. Enjoy!
