This album is part of an estate find, I am definitely not an expert, so I'm commenting the best I can on what I observe (Grading is by sight only).  Such a cool find for the collector!! The cover has wear to the edges and corners typical for age of album and still has the original plastic still mostly intact.  The record is in great condition with only a couple light scratches on side 2.
