OK so.... the good news first.... the vinyl itself was only played the once and is still in excellent condition.
Sadly I cannot say the same for the sleeve which I would only grade as "Good" it has seam wear along top edge and some folding to top right hand corner.
BUT.... its near on impossible to find this thing in any sort of condition these days, and yes, this is the original release... no copy... I dont recall there ever being an insert... there isnt one now anyhow... and Stephen Thrower from Coil...what more can you ask for?
