I think the sleeve/box is in great shape and the records are in NEAR MINT CONDITION.  WE NEVER PLAYED IT.  This is only my opinion; but it might not be yours, YOURS MAYBE WORSE OR BETTER.  Please see pics or ask questions.

We do not know anything about what serious record collectors would want or look for.  Most of these records were bought in Bleeker Street in the NYC Village area.  These records/albums is a compilation of our tastes at that time.

* All Items are Sold "AS IS" No exceptions, if there is a question about ANYTHING it is up to you to ask before bidding or buying.

* CLOTHES (except new with tags) are sold as used and have been worn, and will show normal wear; consider them like hand-me downs..  I only check for large noticeable stains.  Small stains, rips in seams, pulls/pills, etc are are to be considered as normal wear.  Undetected flaws even in NEW items not described are not intentional.  My prices are priced low so that you can have the item repaired/cleaned.  I do not inspect every inch with a "mommy's eye"; clothes are briefly looked at to check for large stains/tears/holes.  Also, most of my clothes come from garage/rummage sales, so I cannot guarantee if they are smoke/pet free.  My description/condition of items is my opinion based on selling more than 10,000 auctions on Ebay for 12 years.  All items sold as is.  Sorry absolutely no refunds/returns on clothing/shoes.  FYI-when item is listed as NEW, it means it was NEVER WORN.    Measurements if given are approximate because everyone measures differently.  If any spots/circles on items, it is dust on camera leans.  Clothes might be wrinkled when received from storage/shipping. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WEAR HAND ME DOWNS, PLEASE RECONSIDER BIDDING ON MY AUCTIONS.

* COMBINED SHIPPING - You pay the highest shipping cost first, and then just $3.00 for each additional auction, assuming the items do not weigh over 1 pound.  If one auction has free shipping, you still pay the highest stated shipping cost first.  If buying multiple auctions through my store where you cannot combine shipping, please let me know ahead of time.  Stated shipping cost might include a minimal handling fee to cover cost of shipping/listing/selling/gas/etc.  I SHIP THE CHEAPEST WAY; HOWEVER SHIPPING COST IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
