1964 First pressing.  Good conditions

NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD
Sides A:  Has minimal surface scratching and scuffs. Most scratches are superficial and do not break the surface, no deep gouges.  On scratch can be slightly felt across tracks A2.
Sides B:  Has some surface scratching and scuffs. Most scratches are superficial and do not break the surface, no deep gouges.  Side B plays very well.  One scratch on Track B1 can be slightly felt
Label: Blue Note Label.  Some minor discoloration/staining on side 2.  “Blue Note Records Inc. New York USA”
Dead Wax:
•   Side A:  (Etched) BNLP-4157-A (stamped) “P” vangelder
•   Side B:  (Etched) BNLP-4157-B (stamped) “P” vangelder

Format:  Mono, 33 1/3 MICROGROOVE, Long Playing

Cover Condition: (graded visually)
NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD

Front:  Cover graphics are in very crisp and clear.  Discoloration from age throughout cover.  Left side shows some additional, mild discoloration from moisture.  Also some mild warping on the bottom right corner (see pictures).  Top right corner has a 1” seam split.  Bottom right edge has a 2” seam split.  Original record store sticker in upper right corner.
Back: Back cover is in good condition.  Discoloration and mild warping on left side from water damage.  Liner notes are intact, clear and legible.
