This week I am offering a treasure trove: I found a small pile of unused Esquires, and sorted through them with a bright light to identify the best condition ones, lacking storage damage, and any spindle marks of being played by customers in the shop. No marks to playing surfaces or labels. These are the ones that are like they came out of the factory 60 years ago. Some of these are changing hands for healthy three figures, and if you have a sleeve with a worn one in, you have hit the jackpot.

One of four similar relists from a non paying bidder. Only bid if you can afford to buy!

1956 Pristine Old Stock Esquire ‎– 32-036 with RVG hand etched, showing this to have come directly from Prestige or van Gelder to Decca before end of 1958 to press on to better vinyl than the US pressing. Superb trio of Bop groups with big names in each band to this lp entitled Trombone by Three. The most important thing for me (as I have this exact issue in my shelves), is the filling in of the gaps of my collection of Sonny Rollins (4 tracks with JJ Johnson & Kenny Dorham) and Gerry Mulligan, both of whom had an outstanding decade in the 1950s, and an actual 50s pressing of them is ideal for me. The lead trombonists are Jj, Kai Winding and Blue Note stalwart Bennie Green, all having four tracks. The drummers are equally star status: Art Blakey, Max Roach and Roy Haynes, pretty much the bop jackpot.

Record Grading: Near Mint, played near mint without being cleaned (super quality pressing).
 Sleeve is plain white.

When we post this to you, we pack in hard card custom made new boxes.
