Let's get the bad news out of the way first--the vinyl is warped and has a waviness that's especially noticeable on the first song on each side.

The good news is the record is completely playable (at least that is the case on my Philips 212 turntable) and sounds great.  It probably helps that this album was pressed on extremely thin and flexible vinyl (about on par with RCA Dynaflex), but it has played on the Philips multiple times with a normal tracking force of 1.5 grams with NO skips or jumps.  Because of the warp, however, I cannot guarantee it will play on every turntable without issue, and may require heavier tracking force or other adjustments in order to play successfully.  The warp is difficult to show in photos, so please copy this link to see a video of the record playing: https://youtu.be/VE4wtboxlXc

The warpage aside, visually the vinyl is in VG- condition.  Though it still has nice gloss, the record has numerous light, superficial scratches & scuffs as well as some sleeve rash on each side.  Plays more like VG+ though with very little noticeable surface noise, less than you'd expect.  It doesn't hurt that this record was pressed nice and loud.  Check out the sound sample to hear about a minute of each track.

The jacket is plain white with a pasted on front and back cover, and while the paste on covers are starting to peel (especially the front) overall it's in good, clean shape with no splits and most of the wear confined to the opening.  As you can see in the photos the opening is wavy and worn/frayed in places, more so on the back.  

Condition may not be the greatest, but consider how seldom this hardcore holy grail comes up for auction.  There are some who might say its flaws just make it that much more punk.
