This is an overall fine copy of this comp of four EPs released on the Dischord label. The record originally appeared in 1984; this is a later repressing (the mail order price has been updated to “$6.00 postpaid”). One of the EPs, State of Alert's No Policy, features a pre-Black Flag Henry Rollins on vocals. The jacket has light corner and seam wear, and some scuffs and dings on the front cover (EX). The disc has a few small scratches on side 1 that have little to no effect on play, and some
rippling in the vinyl on side 2, which creates a little noise between tracks. It otherwise plays with mostly light surface noise between tracks. Overall EX(-). The record comes with a large poster (EX+).
