The records are in very good condition.  Some look like they have barely been played.  The sleeves are in good condition.  (My best advice is to look at the pictures.)  "Endless Summer" has a small stain at the top of the sleeve which is not the result of flooding, probably an erstwhile spill. (Visible in picture.) The "20/20" sleeve is separating at the top on one side -- the album opens like a book and the record slides out from the inside middle(!), very strange, which leads to unnatural stresses that often result in separation.  I believe the pictures will indicate that the sleeves are in solid, collectible condition. 
I'd rather not accept returns because a purchaser could easily and quickly damage a record with a faulty record player. But you can always contact me if there is a problem on my side.
