Record sleeve & vinyl condition are graded as follows two abbreviations, separated by a slash. The first refers to the vinyl and the second to the sleeve.  Abbreviations used are as follows: NM (Near Mint), EX (Excellent), VG (Very Good,
for example: NM/VG means that the record is in near  mint condition and the sleeve in Very Good condition.
Grading Definitions
NEAR MINT:  The record/sleeve is as near perfect as it was  when first bought.
EXCELLENT:  The record shows little sign of being played, On very close inspection it may have unnoticeable  light marks/scratches. The likes of which will not cause any issues when playing the record. The sleeve and packaging  might have slight wear and/or some light creasing/labels.
VERY GOOD: The record will have been played  many times, and likely to have some noticeable  surface marks and some scratches.Wear and tear  on the sleeve.may have creasing/scuffing/tears etc
+ or - : We may add a "+" or "-" sign to show it  is slightly above or below the given grading. Anything lower graded than the above will be  specified in the listing.
Some of the vinyl may have marks but is just in need of a clean,please remember even brand  new vinyl has a lot of static and static attracts dust.
Please note All our vinyl is tested by visual means  under a spotlight, we do not play test any of it, it would be an impossible task as we have so much of it.
we would always grade an item lower rather than say it was better than it actually was.
Picture Discs: please note, the quality of sound  on a picture disc will not be as good as the sound on regular vinyl, these were more of a collectors item  rather than for actual playing

NB: As stated above we use stock photos, this is  for better speed & efficiency when listing items. It is not  to deceive in any way. If the pictures shown  above shows differences to the usual version  of the record, ie: The Queen album "The Works. The inner sleeve apparently has different designs. One with  black lettering, and a more rarer one with gold lettering. If you know there is a difference on the item you are buying then please message us to ask and make sure of what you will be receiving. We are human, we make mistakes.

DISPATCH: Most of our items if you order and payment is received before 2pm then it will be sent out to you the same day. There will be rare occasions when circumstances arise and same day may not always be possible, but at the very worst it should be dispatched by the next working day We will always keep you updated if there is going to be any significant delay. We mainly use The Royal Mail/Parcel Force/UPS to transport our parcels. Larger items may be sent by various other couriers which will have a tracking.

  Smaller Items showing free postage will usually be sent by Royal Mail, We will always try to combine postage costs whenever possible but due to the weight involved for some items this is not always possible. Customers can always send a message to inquire about this before bidding/buying. 

We will always try to keep postage and packing prices to a reasonable level. All our items are very well packaged to arrive with you in the same condition that they left us in. Obviously there is a cost involved which we have to build in to our postage and packing structure. We do however try to keep this cost down to a minimum and also help the environment by using recycled packaging wherever we are able to.

Please note: We send out all vinyl and cds and other small items, on same day dispatch, (if paid before 2pm) We have to rely on the Royal Mail to deliver it to you. Sometimes they are not always as quick as we would like them to be. We would appreciate your consideration of this when filling in the feedback on your item.

BUYER FRIENDLY RETURNS (The following applies to UK Sales only)

RETURNS & REFUNDS: We offer FREE RETURNS on selected buy it now items. whether there is a problem or even if you just change your mind, we will pay for the cost of the return. All we ask is that you please ensure your item is returned to us in its original condition & packaging within 30 days of your purchase date.

 If you do want to return your item please contact us via the messaging system and we will be happy to advise on how to proceed.

Items bought through auction where the listing states "No Returns" are not returnable unless there is an apparent fault that is not mentioned in the listing.Once the item is returned to us. It will then be inspected and serial numbers checked against our records, then booked back into our stock. You will be refunded within 4 working days. Please note We have security measures in place to ensure any item returned is the same item that was sent out. If it is deemed an item returned, is not the same item we dispatched,then no refund will be given and the matter will be dealt with by our legal department and may be passed on to the Police for investigation. Sincere apologies in advance to genuine bidders/buyers.
