This auction is for an EXTREMELY RARE FACTORY SEALED 1st US Pressing of The Eagles "Desperado" released in 1973 by Asylum Records SD-5068. This album is in FACTORY SEALED condition! This album has the textured cover which is consistent with the 1973 first pressings. This example also has the rare record store sticker from Caldor Records!    CONDITION: The vinyl is presumed to be MINT and the cover is probably close to NEAR MINT with a few noteworthy flaws which are described here in detail. The original factory shrink wrap and cover has a few issues which is the only reason this isn't album isn't in MINT condition. There are a couple of tears in the shrink. One tear is near the bottom left hand corner and the other is on the front cover near the opening. The mouth opening actually has a small opening approximately 2 inches long. And the bottom spine area has a tear in the shrink which is 2-3 inches long. Also, there are a couple of small nicks in the cover which can be seen in the photos (bottom left hand corner is the worst of these). And one of the corners is dinged. Overall, this album is in great shape for being nearly 45 years old! I'm hurting for cash so i'm willing to let it go at a significant discount. Make me a fair offer and i'll probably accept it! Feel free to email with any questions prior to bidding.
The album will be carefully packed and will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL which only takes 3-4 business days!
