Rare on Vinyl.  Comes with original inner sleeve. Still has the download code, although I am not sure if it works, as the previous owner may or may not have used it. 
Cover:  Near Mint.  In beautiful condition with no marks. Very slight corner wear on one corner, which can often be the case even with a brand new album.
Vinyl:  VG+  Only because of some light surface marks that do not impact sound.
