Long out of print. 300 press from 2008 is long gone, but found small batch of original and only pressing....last copies...here's the stats:
279 copies had BLACK grip tape sleeve w/ transparency cover
2 copies had RED grip tape sleeve w/ transparency cover
19 copies had transparency sleeve and colored back sleeve
These are the last copies... found...with original paper sleeves and transparency print cover.
