I bought this myself at a young age as an early Nick Drake fan. I've been aware for a while that it's become valuable since, and have decided to sell. 
I'm not a professional seller of LPs but have read the record collector guide to grading and want to describe fairly. I consider the grade to be GOOD. on the Vinyl and Good / very good on the gatefold sleeve.
It has a pink block label slightly textured. It has the last two tracks of side one in a different order on the Vinyl to the Sleeve. 

It has matrix markings as follows
Side 1 : ILPS 9105 + A1    (or is a C back to front or even a faded 3) Side 2:   ILPS 9105 B // 2   11
These numbers are slightly different to those described on the ebay guide to nick drake 1st pressings but there you go!
Condition 
The record is playable without jumping and sounds great, It would benefit from professional cleaning, but it does have scratches deeper and more visible on side 1 than side 2 - so I awarded a less GOOD for side one and a better GOOD for side two. 
The gatefold sleeve has no splits, tears or major marks but it is worn  wit some scuffs - I would rate is as GOOD to V.GOOD. 
I'm starting this off with a reserve price, that I consider fair given rarity and condition. 
I'm not a collector so I hope it finds a good home!  I've read the UK record collectors guide to grading and applied their principles.
I've seem some high sold prices for very good condition so this has a starting price of £350 only. Hope the pictures give an accurate view.   will be posted well packed and trackable.....or can be collected North London
