Vinyl Record Collection Lot (27 Albums)
Note: This auction is for record albums that were exposed to moisture. Album covers were damaged to varying degrees but the vinyl remained in original used condition without any additional damage.
The cardboard covers were damaged—mainly on the corners and edges. I was able to clean and save several of the covers using disinfecting wipes and a bleach solution-- but residue is still evident on a few. Some covers had to be cut or trimmed. Some covers weren’t effected at all. A few of the albums are missing covers.
I have cleaned each record with an alcohol/distilled water solution, and a number of them were played during the process of cleaning. All records seem playable. Many have original light to moderate scratches, rubs and other signs of use. The vinyl would benefit from additional cleaning.
Here’s an estimate of condition based on visual inspection: <10% Fair, 30% Good orGood+, 50% Very Good or Very Good+, >10% Very Good++. Conservative grading.
In addition to beinghand-cleaned, the vinyl albums were placed inside new white paper sleeves, andthen inside new clear plastic covers. Original lyric sheets and other inserts, for the most part, are not included.
I have about 200 albums tosell so I am breaking them up into several groups with a very reasonable Buy-it-Nowprice of about $2 per record. This is a great way to get started in vinyl withoutinvesting a fortune—a lot of albums for little money.
You’re probably not going tofind every album to your liking but I don’t think you will be disappointed. But for about 2 or 3 bucks each, it’s hard to lose.
Records will be sent via MediaMail and a flat rate based on estimated weight.
The low Buy-it-Now isreflective of the damaged or nonexistent covers and mixed vinyl condition, andthe bidder accepts the items as-is with no returns. Ifyou’re looking for superbly conditioned albums and the complete absence ofscratches, short skips or background noise, you should not purchase thesealbums. Please read this offering carefully.

I thought I would keep it but decided it was not my taste. The album played through nicely on both sides with some minor surface noise here and there. I would rate it VG+. The cover was not damaged and is probably VG+ also.
