We only accept immediate payment through the eBay checkout system.

We ship within two business days of payment, usually sooner. Standard FREE shipping takes between 3-5 business days. We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. You will be notified by email with Tracking number.

We do not accept P.O. BOXES -PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

We ship to lower 48 states only.
We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup.

We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, America Samoa, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO/FPO and Military Addresses.

We are now shipping to worldwide addresses, the item is sent to a logistic center in NY and shipped from there to the rest of the world.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Contact your local authority for questions related to the amount of duties or taxes you will be responsible for. We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled. Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
International Returns: We ship globally Via eBay's global shipping program (GSP). Thus we don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.

All international returns MUST be authorized by toposhop15 and done through the eBay returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting toposhop15 as the return address is different from the shipping address.

Returns will only be accepted on new products that were not accurately described or arrive defective/damaged. Please contact toposhop15 within 10 days of shipment. Products must be in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging and cannot be used or expired.

Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method.
We will only refund the cost of the item, ALL return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

Electrical products: All of our products that are sold in the United States are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We don't recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
