Original Soundtrack LP for "The Shining," a promotional copy that as far as I recall, has never been played (if it was ever played, it was just once or twice, but I actually think that has remained in its sleeve all of these years).  Acquired by me from a Warner Bros label representative at the time of the original release (I worked in a record store in Los Angeles), so this is presumably a first pressing.  The promo stamp is on the cover only, there is not a custom promo label on the disc.  This LP is quite scarce.
The vinyl LP appears as new, with the original WB inner sleeve.  Cover is in very good + condition, clean and sharp with very minor soiling and ringwear, and a slightly bent bottom corner on the opening side (see photos).
Includes original compositions by Wendy Carlos and Rachel Elkind, plus additional music by Gyorgi Ligeti, Kryzystof Penderecki, Bela Bartok and Henry Hall with the Gleneagles Hotel Band.
The LP will be well packed in a cardboard LP mailing box.
