Extremely rare ORIGINAL 1956 pressing of the sole album by this little-known (but fantastic!) Chicago jazz singer, released on the Mercury subsidiary Wing.
Due to either sun or moisture exposure, portions of the cover photo have transformed to a pixelated white — not unsightly but unusual — and the cellophane overlay has begun peeling back slightly at the open end. Back cover is very good but has a small red stamp in the top right that reads 'INSPECTED BY 8'. Vinyl is graded for cosmetic flaws but sounds closer to VG+; no significant pop or clicks.
