The back of the sleeve has titles of other little Golden Records

Record: VGVG- (Side A has surface noise, Side B has quite a bit of surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)    Labels: VGVG++ (Side A has a small piece torn off around the center hole)  Sleeve: VGVG (Some wear along the edges and corners with a few creases. Crease on both sides from the record. Few brown spots on front and back)         Overall in good condition considering the age of the record.
