I have a very old record for sale. It is one of the very first flat disks - before this they used wax cylinders. Made by an American inventor Emile Berliner in September 1896
Writing hand scratched onto the record "Berliner Gramophone 2-9-1896  2651  Why did I leave my little back room sung by Mr Charles Foster London
I have not played this - I don't have the equipment and i wouldn't want to wear it out -  the surface looks to be in very good condition with one small scuff mark.

The song on it is called "Why did I leave my little back room" sung by Charles Foster in London - here is a similar recording of it online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVyq7pFMqZQ
There is a sale notice inside which may be where it has been sold previously.
It is in it's own timber box that protects it very well.
