Record: VG++VG++  Labels: VG++VG++ Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on both sides from record. Some tiny tears along the top open back edge. Crease at corners along with some wear along edges. Bit of tape along bottom edge)  

Overall in great condition considering the age of the record.
