Shipping:

Domestic shipping is always free, though combined orders are tallied by volume and weight. Rates almost always depend on weight and box size, both of which I try to keep reasonable. The range is normally about $5-10 on combined shipping orders. For International Shipping, it is calculated by USPS, although we don't ship to Russia or Oceania. This also depends on weight and box size so it could be much less or much more.

To pay for international shipping, you MUST wait for an invoice. If the item is paid for in advance, you will be required to pay the flat rate USPS fee separately.
