Cover: VG-VG- (Wear along edges and corners with tape on all three closed sides. Discoloring along edges with stain on front along left edge and corner. Stain also on along top bottom right edge. Some surface wear on front and back)  Vinyl: VGVG- (Side 1 has surface noise, Side 2 has quite a bit of surface noise. Can still hear clearly. Record is warped, but does not effect the sound)  Labels: VGVG (Scribbling on both sides, which can be seen under a light)
