i inherited this collection,90% are in good condition and have their original sleeves or a nice cardboard cover with the song / artist and condition written on them,there's a good 100 that are lp size 12",I'm pretty sure they're mostly shellac as they are very fragile. there are some that are very early and are one sided,a few 8" one sided and a few 8" records.loads of interesting stuff,I saw nat king cole,Gracie fields,frankie laine rock and roll bands bill Hayley,four aces etc,lots of foreign stuff i.e. Italian singers,classical stuff,opera, frank Sinatra,,jazz stuff,doowopp,comedy,political speeches,children's stories,the list goes on and on.anyways I haven't counted them all but I counted 150 out then measured that in cms And calculated the total amount that's why it's approx.they are in wooden and plastic boxes and are very heavy,so if your bidding you must be prepared to collect them in person and probably bring a colleague to help.note I do want to keep two carry containers in the picture the red apple box and the brown plastic container on the bottom so you may want to bring a couple of very sturdy boxes with you should you win! Sorry I don't have time to go through them all and see what's there but I know the owner loved his music and his collection.there are also a few odd 60's/70's op in there too.
