SUGAR LOAF EXPRESS Featuring LEE RITENOUR rare Japanese Audiophile edition LP from 1977 (JVC DIRECT DISK VIDC-2) with gatefold sleeve. Original pressing with nice metallic Gold OBI. Also comes with a fold-out insert. This one was later distributed by NAUTILUS RECORDINGS. Record was pressed in Japan on high quality audiophile vinyl by JVC (who was also pressing LPs for MFSL around this time). The record was pressed on audiophile quality virgin vinyl and is Translucent when held against a light source. Legendary supergroup of modern jazz musicians. Other members of the group are: ERIC GALE, PATRICE RUSHEN, HARVEY MASON, STEVE FORMAN, and ABRAHAM LABORIEL. Sleeve and record are Near Mint.
