This is a very fine copy of a limited edition (500 pressed) 1999 Spanish comp of the six mid-'60s singles by Peruvian garage-punk group Los Saicos.  The word "wild" at the start of the record's title, the song titles ("Demolición," "(Fugitivo de) Alcatraz," "Camisa de fuerza" ("Straitjacket"), "Salvaje" ("Savage")), not to mention the group's name ("saicos" is, I presume, a phonetic rendering of the English word "psychos"), aptly characterize the music here.  The low fidelity of the recordings only adds to the music's rawness.  The jacket is close to pristine -- a strong M-.  The disc is clean, and plays with some light popping in the lead-in to side 1, track 1, that stops as soon as the music starts, and otherwise with minimal surface noise (not counting that from the source discs) (M-).  Per Discogs, the record was pressed on both red and black vinyl (500 copies of each).  As the photo shows, this copy is on black vinyl.

I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.

If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
