Vintage Picture Record Album is in excellent condition. Album Cover is in very good condition with exception of pin holes at top two corners and top center edge, some wear at corners through the seal, and rubbing where the seal is split in an area at bottom edge. Original clear seal has torn areas: one at left front middle side, a small tear just left of front center, a 4 1/2" split opening at right side, small split at bottom edge, and there is residue at top middle and bottom middle front.
