POST FREE ANYWHERE - This is the original Record Information Services (RIS) publication, "Complete British Decca 45 rpm Singles Catalogue, 1954-1983" (from the start of 45 rpm issues to when Decca effectively ceased as a Pop label). Matrix numbers are included along with the usual Artist, Titles, Month & Year of issue, and 78 rpm issues are also indicated as appropriate. The exact numerical runs are:

F 10200 to F 13924 (late 1953 to end of series in 1982, also incorporating various 22000 / 23000 catalogue numbers)
STONE 1 to STONE 12 (The Rolling Stones reissue series, 1980)
miscellaneous issues prefixed THIN, SANTA, MILES, JONES & DFE (1979 to 1983)
plus pre-November 1953 F series records later issued at 45 rpm

A very thorough work which includes articles on Label History (a very thorough, concise history of Decca), Explanatory Notes with comments on specific records, Export Records, Matrix Numbers, Unissued & Withdrawn Records, 12" Singles, Picture Sleeves, Stereo Singles, Special Series & Reissues (within the main series), Demo Records & Test Pressings, "Pop" Chart Commentary, and Label Design with illustrative pictures.

For many years Decca was a major force in Popular music and this is a must for all collectors of British Rock & Roll, Beat & Pop singles. Major artists include Tommy Steele, Terry Dene, Billy Fury, The Rolling Stones, Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, many 1960s Beat Groups, and much, much more.

Approximately A5 size (14.8 x 21 cm, 5¾ x 8¼ inches) laminated softcover, 124 pages, published in 1984. Because this is original 1984 stock, there may be slight signs of aging.
